  15. This will no doubt demonstrate my beginners status but here is my problem:
  16. there is mention of an Icon compiler;  iconc
  17.  
  18. eg "Icon Programming Language Handbook" p141
  19. "On some systems an Icon compiler is available."
  20.  
  21. Now in a previous query I gathered that this still produces C ,
  22. which has then to be put through a C compiler...I guess I can live
  23. with that;but what systems is an Icon compiler available for and
  24. where (URL?) can I find binaries ?
  25. I have looked all over http://www.cs.arizona.edu/icon/ without avail!
